This browser separates the PDF’s 14 embedded layers and preserves their names and page coordinates. You can reorder them and add more.
The Google Maps photo remains a raster image at its original resolution. All drawn overlays remain vector paths. Map labels are part of the photo, so enlarging them cannot add detail.
Two source layers have no names: Unnamed layer 1 contains dashed guide lines; Unnamed layer 2 is empty. Both are hidden by default. The water route is below the map; use Only or reduce map opacity to see it.
For exact alignment: export the entire original square artboard with transparent background. Do not trim to the artwork or selection. SVG preserves vectors; embed linked images and outline text. PNG works for raster overlays. The original page is 1017.9128 × 1017.9128 PDF points. Different pixel dimensions are fine if the full square artboard is unchanged. PDF imports are not supported; export as SVG.
